Edward joined the leadership team of Belasko in 2023, having been closely involved in the business since 2020 as an Investor and Client.

He has more than 19 years of experience within Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate in a range of leadership roles across investment and operations.

He joins with an extensive track record in building high performing teams across multi-jurisdictional platforms and deploying innovative technology to address complex client requirements.

Edward is based in London and divides his time across Belasko’s strategic locations (Guernsey, Jersey, UK and Luxembourg).

Paul joined Belasko in 2019 to lead the transformation of Belasko into the Next Generation of Fiduciary and Fund administration partner.

His career spans over 30 years in Financial Services including banking, private wealth and private capital and covers multiple jurisdictions. He has significant experience leading teams supporting clients investing into illiquid assets, particularly Real Estate, Private Equity and Debt. Paul has held board positions for a number of Management Companies and asset holding vehicles, where he brings his experience and focus on strong governance to add value to client structures.

Adrian joined Belasko in 2020 to Head up Group Operations and drive forward the strategic priorities of the Group.

His experience has been across listed, private equity, partnerships and family owned businesses. He is a business transformation and project specialist with over 25 years experience in senior financial services roles covering change management, business operations, financial control and information technology.

Adrian is focused on working with businesses to implement strategic change and deliver sustainable solutions. He has significant experience in system implementations, acquisitions and mergers, delivering regulatory change, transitional services agreements, business outsourcing and global procedural control changes. He uses his wealth of operational experience to work effectively with senior stakeholders, bring the best out of his peer group and empower the functional teams he directs. Adrian has a Masters in Business Administration from Herriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.

Ross joined Belasko in 2021 to lead the Groups commercial growth strategy in Private Capital Fund Administration, Corporate Administration and Fiduciary services.

He has over 20 years’ experience in the Offshore Fund and Fiduciary markets holding leadership roles in Alternative Assets, Sales, Relationship Management and Client Service for a global provider.

Working with managers across the UK, US, Europe and Middle East, Ross has helped clients launch fund and investment structures in the Private and Public markets focusing on Private Capital and Real Assets.  His experience covers multi location, complex fund servicing and has a strong understanding of Fund Administration, Banking, Financing, Custody and Depositary Services.

Ross seeks to create proactive partnerships with clients based upon trust, a long-term strategic commitment and great service.

Ross is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking and holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Financial Services.

Andy Gray

Andy joined Belasko in 2018. He is the Group’s Finance Director.

Andy has over 20 years’ experience working in financial services having re-located from the UK to Jersey in 2002, and has held a number of positions at Director and Senior Management level before joining Belasko. Andy sits as a director on a number of Jersey regulated fund boards covering a variety of asset classes including, Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt and Secondaries. He has previously chaired the audit committee of a listed fund. Andy is a qualified accountant, a fellow member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA), a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (FMAAT) and holds a diploma in International Accounting Standard (DipIFR). In his spare time, Andy enjoys fishing and has competed in the World Freshwater Championships a number of times representing the Channel Islands.

With 17 years of experience in Guernsey’s finance industry, Hannah has worked across fund administration, corporate services and company secretarial services. 

Hannah is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute and has a keen interest in how governance interplays with all areas of business from processes to people and culture. She is passionate about the development of people and the role of women in business.

Greg joined Belasko during 2020 and is responsible for fund, corporate and private wealth service delivery in Guernsey.

Greg has more 18 years’ of experience within the financial services industry covering the investment, fiduciary and banking sectors. Through this period, he has led and participated in a number of strategic initiatives which include business development, product establishment, regulatory change, operating model refinement and on boarding complex new business across global servicing businesses. Greg holds the Corporate Governance Diploma from the Chartered Governance Institute, the Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors and maintains a number of directorship appointments for group and client entities. This covers investment management companies, regulated funds and private asset holding vehicles covering a spectrum of asset classes but specialising in alternatives.

Graham joined Belasko in 2020. He is a British national and has been resident in Luxembourg since 1991.

Graham has over 30 years’ experience in banking and the funds industry, predominantly with funds investing in alternative asset classes, with a major focus on AIFMD regulation, preparation, and subsequent service delivery.
He has worked for respected institutions within this time and in the last ten years has held senior management or authorised manager positions with global banks and specialist fiduciary and fund administration businesses. Graham acts as M.D, – Country Head leading the Belasko Luxembourg operation.”

Martin has over 30 years’ experience within the financial services industry covering the investment, fiduciary and banking sectors which is closely related to Belasko’s service offering. Throughout his career he has led and participated in several strategic initiatives and has delivered strategic growth and business transformation to drive financial performance and increase shareholder value.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).

Tom Lambrechts joined Belasko at the start of 2023 to lead our Guernsey funds team.

Tom has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry and is passionate about delivering excellent client service. He has extensive experience in corporate governance and building and managing high-performing teams servicing a portfolio of private equity clients. He has held a number of directorships, including board positions for regulated fund structures.

Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and brings a wealth of leadership and corporate governance experience. He will be responsible for leading the Guernsey funds team, including client delivery, operational excellence and driving business growth.

Scott joined Belasko in late 2022 and is a Director in the Jersey office working across our Funds and Fiduciary teams.

Scott has over twenty years’ experience in the offshore finance industry working across the private wealth, corporate and funds sectors. He has held senior leadership roles and board level positions for the last decade and in this capacity has been active in strategic planning, risk management, product development, business development and change management, especially the adoption of RegTech solutions to enhance client experience.

Scott’s diverse background has seen him work with UHNW individuals, their families and advisers on structures holding a variety of asset classes, supporting the business activities of private and listed corporates and working with fund managers.    

Whether the client is an individual, a corporate or a fund manager Scott seeks to understand their needs and build strong, trusted relationships to enable him to work with the wider Belasko team to ensure we add value and deliver excellent client service.

Andy joined Belasko in 2020 to lead the Fiduciary offering across the Group.

Andy has over 20 years’ financial services experience having spent the last 12 years at leading independent trust companies, where he has held senior management, Director and Board level positions. Andy has extensive experience in complex Private Client and Corporate structures for UHNW international families, and has been appointed to various regulated and private entity Boards. These Board appointments have required the management of various regulated financial services obligations, together with the active management of a range of asset classes including residential and commercial property, peer to peer and private leverage arrangements, listed investment strategies, private equity, art and other esoteric asset classes. Andy holds a BSC (Hons) degree in Management with Trust and Estates through the Manchester Business School, as well as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Diploma. (TEP).

Nick joined Belasko during 2020, is based in London and leads our Fund Administration service offering.

Nick has over 15 years’ experience working with private equity, credit and real estate fund structures and is passionate about delivering excellent client service through the deployment of efficient processes and the effective use of technology. He has led on the transfer of complex fund administration and accounting mandates and in the implementation of ISAE 3402 compliant fund administration operating models.

Nick qualified with PwC and has held a number of board positions for regulated and unregulated fund structures (General Partners & Managers).

Katie Bodman

Katie joined Belasko in a newly created role as the Head of Learning and Development. 

Katie is responsible for the professional and personal development of all staff across the group. She supports the continued growth and progression of the Belasko team and champions wellbeing initiatives.  

With more than 17 years of experience working within the human resources industry, Katie holds a CIPD level 3 in training practice, CIPD level 5 in human resource management and CIPD level 7 in employment law, bringing a wealth of experience to her role.

James joined Belasko with more than 30 years of experience within trust and corporate fiduciary sectors.

He spent a number of years working in Bermuda after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, before returning to Jersey where he has since held senior positions in a number of fiduciary services businesses.

James’s focus has always primarily been on Private Client services, developing long-term personal relationships with clients and their families, assisting them to fulfil their succession plans, preserving and enhancing wealth through the generations.

Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and hold a B.Sc. in Financial Services; he is a member of STEP and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management.

Paul has considerable experience and understanding of all aspects of trust and corporate planning, structuring, administration and of related regulatory compliance matters.

His specific focus has been in the delivery of services to European based high net worth clients and intermediaries, and in the creation, operation and management of private and managed trust companies, family offices and offshore funds.

Mark is a director of Belasko Jersey Limited having held senior positions in various fund and fiduciary businesses over the last 25 years.

Mark specialises in the management and administration of regulated and unregulated funds and corporate vehicles investing in real estate, private equity and debt, with assets in the UK, Europe and the USA. Mark frequently sits on the boards of entities under administration which has included listed funds. Mark has been involved with a large number of major UK and European property and private equity transactions, as well as corporate finance and leveraging arrangements. Mark graduated with a degree in law from the University of Southampton and also holds a BSc in Financial Services from UMIST. Away from Belasko, Mark’s main activities involve his family which currently include five daughters and four grandchildren! As a counterbalance, Mark enjoys kayaking around the beautiful coastline of Jersey.

John Russell

John joined Belasko in January 2021 as a Director in our Luxembourg office and is responsible for central administration operations.

John has over 13 years’ investment fund industry experience in Luxembourg. He previously held the position of Director of Client Services – Private Equity at a leading fund administrator, managing several teams of accountants, corporate lawyers as well as the Investor Services team, providing central administration services to both regulated and unregulated Alternative Investment structures.

In addition to leading operational teams, John also served on the board of a limited number of CSSF regulated vehicles. John previously held the role of supervisor on the alternatives desk of a global bank. John holds a BA (hons) in Public Administration from the University of Limerick, Ireland. John is an avid music fan, and also enjoys mountain biking, cooking, and travelling with his wife and two young daughters.

His knowledge of the Guernsey and South African markets will be a key step in continuing the business’ growth over the coming years.

Alex will be based in our Guernsey office but work across our jurisdictions to deliver excellent client services and help lead the business’ fiduciary team.

Giles, based in our Jersey team, is very experienced with high value UK residential and commercial property structures, complex financing/asset holding arrangements and corporate governance for offshore structures and is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland (CGI), holding both the ICSA (now CGI) Certificate and Diploma.
