Carlos Vieira
Senior ManagerCarlos has more than 25 years of experience and specialises in private client administration.
Based in our Jersey office, Carlos has a wealth of financial services experience including managing family trusts and working with multiple different asset classes.
He has a Diploma from the Governance Institute, a STEP Foundation Certificate and a Certificate in Offshore Administration. Carlos is a signatory and a board member of various client companies.
Mica Jakins
ManagerMica is an ACCA qualified accountant with 20 years’ experience in financial and commercial roles across various industries.
Prior to relocating to the UK in 2007, she obtained her Bachelors degree in accounting science alongside completing her articles with an audit firm in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Mica joined Belasko in early 2020 as one of the first recruits in the UK business and currently manages the Real Estate division of Belasko UK.
Mica is passionate about nature, cooking, giving back and sport.
Justine Williams
Trust ManagerJustine has more than 20 years’ experience in the trust industry and has earned the STEP diploma.
She provides services for discretionary, charitable and life interest trusts, UK and European residential commercial property holdings, investment portfolios and private investment structures.
Justine has experience working with clients and intermediaries in the Channel Islands, UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean and has previously worked for both international and independent Jersey trust companies.
Emily A’Court
ManagerEmily specialises in private wealth solutions and is responsible for day-to-day administration of various structures including corporates, discretionary trusts and Jersey private funds.
Emily, who’s based in our Jersey office, has more than 15 years of experience working within the island’s finance industry, and has experience working with real estate funds, unit trusts, private funds, new business take-on, company secretarial and private client wealth management.
She is a full STEP member, holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients as well as also holding the ICSA Professional Diploma in Governance and the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration. In her free time Emily enjoys being outdoors and keeping fit, as well as having a passion for reading, travel, cooking and baking.
