Focus on software or software enabled companies and “software-first” hardware businesses, launched by teams originating from Central and Eastern Europe, Baltics, CIS, Finland and Israel.

Following the successful launch of Flashpoint Venture Debt Fund I L.P., we are proud to be appointed to assist with the establishment and launch of Flashpoint’s first Jersey venture capital fund. We provide a full range of services to the Fund, supporting Flashpoint with ongoing investor engagement.

Debt Fund

Providing loan facilities to business-to-business software-as-a-service solutions and compelling business-to-consumer applications, launched by teams originating from Central and Eastern Europe, Baltics, CIS, Finland and Israel, complementing venture capital financing to foster further growth.

This was the first of the Flashpoint Funds to be domiciled in Jersey where we assisted with the establishment of the Partnership, the regulatory Jersey Private Fund application and its exemption as a Professional Investor Regulated Scheme and then the Fund’s launch. Subsequent to its launch, we now provide administration and accounting services to the structure and directors to the Board of the General Partner.

Secondary Fund

Providing secondary liquidity to early stage investors and existing or former employees, including the founders, with the focus on Central and Eastern Europe, Baltics, CIS, Finland and Israel.

We are proud to be appointed as Fund Administrator to Flashpoint’s new Secondary Fund, further cementing our relationship and the confidence Flashpoint have shown in our delivery. We provide a full range of Fund Administration services to the fund, including acting for the GP.

Jersey Expert Fund

Investing in UK commercial and residential property and providing mezzanine finance to UK property developers.

Having established the Fund, the previous administrator wasn’t able to proceed to the launch phase. We were asked to take over the Administrator role and, following extensive discussion with the Promoter, oversaw the successful launch of the Fund. We now provide a full range of administration services to this Jersey Expert Fund.
