Tom has over 16 years’ experience in Business Development and Relationship Management, having worked across a varied sector and with some of the UK’s largest multi-national organisations.

Tom is responsible for heading up and overseeing Concept’s Business Development initiatives both in Guernsey and abroad.

A fan of all sports, in his spare time Thomas enjoys socialising with friends and family, getting outside, holidays in the sun, eating out and keeping fit.

A qualified lawyer with 20 years’ experience in financial services, Rachael was educated and qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand, where she trained with KPMG before relocating to Guernsey in 2007.

Rachael joined Concept in May 2022 as an Associate Director where she utilises her trust and company experience for the benefit of clients. Her prior Guernsey experience includes roles as a Senior Legal Manager in the in-house legal team at a large fiduciary firm where she worked for 8 years and as a lawyer in the Business and Trust Law Group at a leading offshore law firm for 6 years.

In December 2019 Rachael became a full member of STEP and she has recently completed her Certificate in Company Direction through the Institute of Directors. Rachael has held a New Zealand legal practicing certificate since October 2016.

Helen has been an integral part of the Concept team since 2009, where she holds the responsibility of overseeing the Client Services Department. Helen takes pride in delivering a professional and exceptional service to the members of various schemes offered by Concept.

A crucial aspect of Helen's role involves continuously evaluating, enhancing, and refining processes and procedures within the company. This effort ensures that Concept remains at the forefront of the Pension and Fiduciary market.

Tessa Allen is an Associate Director specialising in client services within financial services, with experience across trusts, funds, PCCs and pensions.

She brings expertise in service delivery, governance, relationship management and team leadership, including mentoring and one-to-one training. Tessa works with clients, intermediaries, investment managers, tax advisers, law firms and professional bodies on complex, multi-jurisdictional structures.

With over a decade of management experience, she is an accredited member of the Institute of Leadership, has completed CII studies in legal, regulatory and governance, advanced SIFS training (including trust law, Guernsey directorships, management and emotional intelligence), and holds a Diploma in Business and Administration.

She is committed to high service standards, building long-term relationships, and representing her organisation with professionalism, integrity and a focus on client outcomes.

Kevin joined Concept Group in 2003 as Director of Operations and became a shareholder in December 2016, prior to its acquisition by Belasko. He is now Managing Director of Concept Group, which operates under common ownership within the Belasko Group.

He brings over 35 years’ experience in the fiduciary industry, having previously worked with an international bank-owned trust company in both Guernsey and Jersey.

Kevin is a member of the International Compliance Association and holds the International Diploma in Compliance.
