International Women’s Day, celebrated globally on 8 March, is a time to reflect on progress, recognise achievements, and renew our collective commitment to gender equality.

At Belasko, we are proud to mark International Women’s Day by shining a spotlight on the remarkable women across our business. In the lead‑up to the day, we are celebrating their voices, experiences and the meaningful impact they make every day.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain, highlights the power of shared support, collaboration and investment in one another. It reminds us that when we give time, opportunity, mentorship and trust, we all gain as individuals, as businesses and as an industry.

Throughout this week, we will be sharing stories, insights and perspectives from women across our teams. From leadership and career development to wellbeing, resilience and balance, these conversations reflect the value of creating space for people to be heard, supported and empowered to grow.

International Women’s Day is not only a celebration, but also a reminder of the responsibility we all share to build inclusive workplaces. At Belasko, inclusion is integral to how we operate, with 51% of our workforce being female, a reflection of the diverse talent, perspectives and experiences across our business. By fostering an environment where people are encouraged to support one another and share knowledge and opportunities, we create a culture where everyone can thrive.

We recognise the ongoing challenges around gender balance, particularly within financial services and leadership roles. In the spirit of Give to Gain, we continue to focus on developing and supporting the next generation of female leaders through learning, mentorship and meaningful career opportunities. By investing in people and championing potential, we strengthen our business and contribute to lasting progress.

As we mark International Women’s Day this year, we celebrate the achievements of women at Belasko and beyond and acknowledge the work that still lies ahead. We are inspired by the talent, dedication and leadership of the women within our organisation, and we remain committed to giving our support, advocacy and action to help build a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

Join us throughout the week as we celebrate the Power Women of Belasko, embrace the theme of Give to Gain, and continue the conversation around equality, opportunity and progress.
