Belasko Bolsters Leadership Team with Chief People Officer Appointment

Belasko is pleased to announce the appointment of Calli De La Haye as Chief People Officer.

Based in Jersey, Calli brings 20 years' experience across human resources, talent, and organisational leadership. She joins Belasko following 13 years with an international fund administration business, where she held a number of senior leadership positions spanning both Human Resources and broader operational functions, leading on people strategy through periods of growth and transformation.

Known for combining commercial thinking with a people-centred approach, Calli has extensive expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness and executive coaching. She has a strong track record of partnering with executive teams to strengthen organisational capability, develop talent and build high-performing teams.

As Chief People Officer, Calli will lead the Group's people strategy, with a focus on developing talent, strengthening leadership capability and enhancing culture and employee experience as Belasko continues its growth journey. Her appointment reflects the Group's commitment to investing in its people and building the capabilities needed to support future growth.
